Hydrant Manager
Effective July 10, 2026. This policy belongs under the Hydrant Manager section and describes the public website template plus the basic data used to log hydrant tests and support hydrant navigation.
This template does not include analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms, newsletter signup, or remote data submission code by default.
If a site owner adds Joomla extensions, hosting analytics, forms, or third-party scripts, those additions may collect information under the site owner's policy.
Hydrant Manager records may include hydrant locations, saved hydrant test entries, field notes, timestamps, and information needed to identify or navigate to a hydrant.
Location access may be used to find the nearest hydrant or open navigation to a hydrant. Organizations using Hydrant Manager control their own records, access rules, retention practices, exports, and backups.
This site links to the MumRadio website for radio-app information. Visiting that website is separate from this template and may be governed by the MumRadio site's own terms and privacy information.
If users request support, they choose what information to share. They should review logs, screenshots, exports, and device or organization details before sending them.
Site owners are responsible for Joomla updates, administrator account protection, extension review, HTTPS, hosting configuration, and backup procedures.
This policy should be reviewed and updated before public launch, especially if forms, accounts, payments, analytics, or integrated product services are added.
