Hydrant Manager Tutorial
Use this walkthrough to select a hydrant, navigate to it or the nearest hydrant, and save a hydrant test entry.
1. Open Hydrant Manager
Start the app and allow location access if you want to use nearest-hydrant and navigation features.
2. Select a hydrant
Choose the hydrant you want to test from the available hydrant list or map.
3. Navigate if needed
Use the navigation action to get directions to the selected hydrant location.
4. Find the nearest hydrant
If you need the closest hydrant from your current position, use the nearest hydrant option, then confirm the result before proceeding.
5. Log the hydrant test
Open the test form, enter the test details and any short notes, then save the entry to the selected hydrant.
6. Move to the next hydrant
Return to the list, map, or nearest-hydrant tool to continue testing.
